#1. What’s a nickname only your family calls you?

*They used to call me Nae-Nae. (My middle name is Renee.) But now they’ve shortened it to just Nae. Why? Because I now have a niece with the middle name Renee. So she is the new Nae-Nae and I’m just Nae. (Yeah, my family is weird.)

#2. What’s a weird habit of yours?

*I stay up all night and sleep all day. #Vampire

#3. Do you have any weird phobias?

*I’m terrified of bad weather. Tornadoes to be exact. I travel for work and I refuse to go to any state located in tornado alley. Not happening.

#4. What’s a song you secretly LOVE to blast & belt out when you’re alone?

*Diva by Beyonce

#5. What’s one of your biggest pet peeves?

*This is probably more road rage than pet peeve. But, I hate when someone swerves in front of me like they are racing to get somewhere important and then I watch them pull into Starbucks or something like that. Like really, was your espresso that important?

#6. What’s one of your nervous habits?

*None now. I used to bite my nails when I was younger.

#7. What side of the bed do you sleep on?

*Left side.

#8. What was your first stuffed animal & what was its name?

*It was a brown teddy bear. But I don’t remember his name. I loved that bear. I also had a stuffed Garfield that I took everywhere I went, even to school.

#9. What’s the drink you ALWAYS order at Starbucks?

*I make my own coffee at home. It’s delicious.

#10. What’s the beauty rule you preach.. but never ACTUALLY practice?

*I don’t really have a beauty rule. Wish I did.

#11. Which way do you face in the shower?

*Towards the water. Then I turn around to wash my back then face the water again. LOL.

#12. Do you have any ‘weird’ body ‘skills’?

*Well, you know how some people can pop their knuckles. I can pop my wrists and ankles also. And my back. I got skills.

#13. What’s your favourite ‘comfort food’/food that’s ‘bad’ but
you love to eat it anyways?

*PIZZA! Stuffed crust meat lovers from Pizza Hut.

#14. What’s a phrase or exclamation you always say?

*Really! Oh and, ‘Who does that?’

#15. Time to sleep – what are you ACTUALLY wearing?

*T-shirt, usually my husband’s and a head scarf.

Happy Friday!

This is the third week of the, Who’s your T.V. boyfriend or girlfriend giveaway. So, if you’re a T.V junkie like myself, you probably have tons of television boyfriends/girlfriends. No, that doesn’t make you scandalous. It makes you freaking awesome. In honor of all television junkies, every week in April I will list three of my television boyfriends. They are not listed in order of importance. All of them are number one in my book.

~Week Three: Top Three~

This week I am giving props to the handsome men on The Walking Dead. In my honest opinion, every one in the world should watch this show. It is freaking awesome. If you like romance, they’ve got that. If you like drama, they’ve got that. If you’re into the blood and guts type shows, they’ve got tons of that. See, they have something for every one. So, let me introduce you to my Walking Dead Boyfriends!

#1 Rick Grimes and #2 Daryl Dixon

So, in this pic, they’re a little dirty, but, that’s when they’re at their best. Why do I love these two? Glad you asked. They are apocalypse warriors. They’re protective and they are caring. Neither are scared to get their hands dirty and they both will risk their lives for the people they love. When the zombie apocalypse comes, and it’s coming, I want to be around these two.

#3 Jesus

Yes, you read that right. Jesus. Yes, there’s a character on the show with that name. But, since I don’t feel comfortable saying, Jesus is hot, let’s call him J. J is a new character to the show and at first I thought he was the bad guy. Turns out, Mr. Sexy Eyes is on team good. Did I mention he’s part ninja? You have to watch the show to see what I mean.

Okay, when I say I love this show, I mean it. Therefore I don’t feel right leaving without sharing the other guys from the cast. I love them also.

~WEEK TWO TOP THREE~

#1 Mack: Agents of Shield.

His character is awesome. I’ve loved watching him grow and change into the leader he’s become. He’s dependable, he’s always there for Daisy, and when he cried when Hunter and Bobbie left… I almost cried. Oh and he’s sexy!

#2 Ichabod Crane: Sleepy Hollow

Despite the fact that I HATED how this season ended, I still absolutely adore Mr. Crane. First of all, he’s dreamy. He’s not just handsome, he’s dreamy. I loved his chemistry with Abbie Mills. I could listen to him talk all day long. No matter what’s in store for Sleepy Hollow, I will always be a fan of this guy.

#3 Lincoln from the 100:

I haven’t watched The 100 lately. But, my bestie has kept me updated on everything going on. So, yeah, I know what happens. However, I did watch season one and immediately fell in television love with Lincoln. I got two words for you, those eyes. Oh and two more, that chest.

You have to love these three! Not only are they sexy and handsome, they are also brave and loyal… a great combination. So, are these three part of your list? Leave a comment letting me know who your television boyfriends/girlfriends are.

#1 Dean Winchester

How can you not love Dean? He’s handsome, he can fight and he’s protective of those he loves. Plus, he loves pie just as much as I do.

#2 Sam Winchester

Sammy is super sexy. I have two words for you, that hair. I love his hair. I also love his shirtless scenes. He’s loyal to the cause and even more loyal to his brother. Love it.

#3 Castiel

Two words, that coat. He makes that coat look good. I love how clueless he is about earthly things and how close he is to Dean. Plus, he’s easy on the eyes.

Get Ready For Some Christmas Confusion on a #ScintillatingSunday

Happy Sunday!

Welcome to another week of scintillating excerpts. Today I’m sharing eight paragraphs from my romantic comedy, Christmas Confusion. Christmas Confusion is a fun story about two neighbors who just can’t seem to figure this thing called love out.

Bailey is the shy virgin who gets nervous every time her neighbor talks to her. Max is the sexy boy next door who only wants one girl, Bailey, but he just can’t find the right words to tell her that. This Christmas it will take the help of their two besties to bring them together. Enjoy eight paragraphs from this hilarious romance.

Oh–my–gosh, Bailey had no idea the movie ended on a sex scene. She was mortified. Beside her, Max’s eyes were glued to the screen. He sat completely still, he hands clenched into fists.

The hero lifts his bride’s dress up, exposing her slender white legs. She moans as her hero kisses her neck.

Bailey couldn’t suppress the moaned that escaped her lips, she was aroused. Max turned toward her, his eyes widening in surprise. Bailey could only imagine how ridiculous she looked to him. Cheeks flushed, lips parted slightly due to the moan that slipped through. “He’s a very thorough lover,” Bailey talked loudly, trying to drown out the moans coming from the TV screen. She had no idea the movie ended this way. It was supposed to be a romantic comedy. Sex wasn’t usually this… arousing in romantic comedies.

“That he is,” Max said, with his eyes on her and not the television screen.
His eyes on her, combined with the sounds coming from the television, was causing her to feel things she’d never felt before. Why was she imagining Max doing those things to her and why was he still staring at her? Was he hoping for the same things she were, a touch a caress… anything to get rid of the need that was taking hold of her.

Bailey licked her lips, she felt parched. “Um, can I have a bottle of water?”

“Water? Yeah, yeah, water. I got water.” Max jumped up quickly, causing the comforter to wrap around his legs nearly tripping him. Bailey reached for him, trying to keep him from falling. Her hand landed on his jogging pants, close to his… unmentionable part. She snatched her hand away quickly and he recoiled from her touch just as fast.

“Sorry… I didn’t want you to fall… I tried to catch you…” Bailey let her sentence trail away, as she watched him right himself and untangle his feet from within the covers.

“Thanks, it’s okay. I’m okay. Everything is okay. I’m gonna go get your water now.” Max exited the room quickly, as if hell hounds were nipping at his heels. She should go, she could tell she was making him uncomfortable and she’d almost touched his junk. Her whole body throbbed with a need she didn’t understand, and those damn TV characters wouldn’t stop moaning. This little date or whatever you wanted to call it was turning into a disaster.

Her words came out in a whisper. “Thank you for everything. Well hot damn. It was official. She was finally going to fuck a cyborg. Tiffanie felt herself blushing and even though she was slightly embarrassed by her thoughts, she still couldn’t wipe the grin off her face. The only one not smiling was Jessica.

“Mother, this is outrageous,” Jess flipped her hair over her shoulder and shot her mother a disgruntled glare. “I’m not about to have sex with a machine just so you can see if it works properly. Don’t you have a team of imbeciles who do that type of stuff for you?”

“Jessica, you and I will chat later. But don’t ruin your bridesmaids’ fun.”

“Yeah Jess,” Kylee pouted. “Don’t ruin our fun.”

“Consider this a gift from me to them,” Ms. Hudson said. “This is a thank you to your friends for the loyalty they’ve shown you since the day they met yet you. Real friends are hard to come by, and you’ve managed to find three. Will you allow me to show them my gratitude?”

They all turned to stare at Jessica who shifted from one foot to the other as she thought over her mother’s request.

“Oh, alright,” she finally said. “But I’m not having sex with one of those robodicks.”

Ms. Hudson laughed. “That’s what you say now. You may change your mind after you see what these robodicks can do.”
